Can there be an adventure better than a marathon run 3400 meters above sea levels? Yes imagine the feel, imagine the satisfaction. Running from the bottom of a mountain to it’s peak, and on the way exploring the culture of Ladakh. Running is just one aspect of this entire trip, whats more? you would taken to some beautiful places in and around Ladakh.

Arrival at the Leh Kushok Bakula Airport (This must be one of the most sensational flights in the world.) On a clear day during the flight, you will see in the distance the peaks of K2, Nanga Parbat & Gasherbrum on one side and on the other side of the aircraft is the Nun Kun Massif. Upon arrival at the airport, you will met by a Triyana host, who will assist you for transfers to the hotel, check ins, etc. You will be served welcome drinks, and then the complete first day will be for your resting and leisure at the hotel itself. This is done to help you acclimatise faster to Ladakh!
After breakfast drive towards sham valley by visiting Spituk Monastery, View of Indus and Zanskar river confluence and then on to Basgo Palace (Castle) enlisted among the world’s 100 most endangered heritage sites by the US World Monument Fund. It lies at a distance of 42 km west of Leh Thereafter proceed to the Likir Monastery to visit the splendid three stores Dharma Wheel Gompa. Here you’ll be awestruck with the sight of the massive 75 feet tall
Buddha Statue. Then drive Alchi to visit 1000 year old Alchi Monastery the only Gompa in Ladakh region on flat ground. Spend some time at Alchi village and then drive back to Leh from the same
route. Overnight stay at Hotel. Highlights-Magnetic Hills, Hall of fame, Gurudwara, Confluence, Alchi Village.
After a leisurely breakfast, we drive to visit Thiksey Monastery, located on a hill-lock with formidable views of the Indus valley. Thiksey is especially noteworthy for its gigantic seated statue of the Maitreya and
is also known for its (Dukhang) assembly hall which houses hundreds of rectangular prayer books, stacked between wooden covers and bound in silk. After that we continue to drive through series of chortens
to visit Stok Palace the present palace of the King of Ladakh. Visit the Stok Palace and Monastery. Have your lunch at Gyapthoo House. Later drive back to Leh. Evening we run to Shanti Stupa. This 5 km run will
prepare you for the Run. Dinner & Rest at Hotel .
After breakfast , climb up to Leh Palace , which further helps you to Acclimatize. The evening run is about 6 kms near Hemis Monastery . Rest & Dinner at Hotel.
RUN THE MARATHON.
Run as much as you can, push your body as much as you can. We would be running with you, don’t worry, you can do it.
After breakfast, proceed to Nubra Valley via the World Highest Motorable road at 5602 m, the Khardungla pass. Lunch on way to Nubra. After reaching Nubra we proceed for a visit to the White Sand Dunes at Hunder. You can enjoy the camel ride (On Own). Later if time permits visit Hunder and Diskit monasteries and check in at
Deluxe Camp. Evening at leisure. Dinner and Overnight stay at the camp.
Morning after Breakfast proceed for Leh, once again driving via Khardungla pass the World Highest Motorable road. Evening explore Leh bazaar for souvenir, Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel.
After breakfast, leave for Pangong Lake at 14, 500 ft. via Chang La (17,350 ft. third highest motorable road in the world.) Reach Pangong Lake, the highest salt water lake in the world. Relax yourself and have lunch. Evening at your own leisure. Dinner & Overnight stay at camp.
Morning visit Lake at Sun rise and after breakfast drive back to Leh through Changla pass 5486 Mtrs. Overnight stay at Leh Hotel.
